Del Arte - Montévrain

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Del Arte - Montévrain, a charming Italian restaurant located in France. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

One of the highlights of my meal was the antipasti selection, including the Pains Del Arte à partager with pesto vert and sauce tomate, as well as the Piatto di salumi, which was a delightful assortment of charcuteries, focaccia bread, and Pains Del Arte.

Next, I indulged in a customizable pizza creation, opting for the Speck e zucca with creamy potimarron, roasted pumpkins, red onions, and a savory blend of speck, ricotta, and Piedmont hazelnuts. The flavors were harmoniously balanced and each bite was a true delight.

For my pasta course, I tried the Mezzelune 'nduja e burrata, which featured pasta stuffed with 'nduja and burrata, topped with a flavorful combination of cream, roasted peppers, and pistachios. The dish was a perfect marriage of rich and savory flavors.

Ending my meal on a sweet note, I indulged in the Tiramisù Del Arte, a classic Italian dessert with a twist, as well as the Tiramisù caramela, a delectable combination of mascarpone, vanilla, caramelized apples, and hazelnuts.

The extensive wine and beer selection at Del Arte - Montévrain added an extra layer of sophistication to my dining experience, complementing the flavors of each dish perfectly.
